I need your help in the movement to cure arthritis

I am taking on the challenge to make a difference in our community by participating in the Arthritis Walk as a part of Let's Move Together, the Arthritis Foundation's nationwide movement that encourages people to move to prevent or treat arthritis.

Today, one in five people suffer from the pain of arthritis. This disease has affected both my family and Rob's family for many years. My mom died from complications of Lupus at the age of 28. My aunt (my mom's sister) has had Rheumatoid Arthritis for years. And Rob's mom has lived with Rheumatoid Arthritis since she was in her 20's. She celebrated her 60th birthday this past year and that was a big celebration because when she was diagnosed doctors told her she would probably not be able to take care of herself by the time she was 60. Instead she is doing quite well and enjoying spending lots of time with her 6 grandchildren!
